While every living thing in the Naruto Universe has chakra, it is how one can control and manipulate their chakra can one have power. (Naruto Wiki) " In order to have good chakra control, a ninja should only mould as much chakra as they need to perform a given ability. If they mould more chakra than is needed, the excess chakra is wasted and they will tire out faster from its loss. Chakra, or a form of life energy, is the most essential energy force in the Naruto Universe. Originating after Kaguya Otsutsuki ate from the fruit of the "God Tree", she became the first person on Earth to wield chakra. After having two sons, Hamura and Hogoromo (or the Sage of Six Paths), they too were gifted with Chakra. Chakra, is a form of life energy that all individuals are able to produce to some degree. If you run out of Chakra, you will die. This is due to "Chakra coils" that surround chakra producing organs, which double as ones vital organs. This "Chakra coils" energy circulate through the body in a network called the "Chakra Pathway System", which is similar to the cardiovascular system.
